Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our simple process ensures your exchange or refund is handled with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
